Happiness & Satisfaction Policy

We consider it an honor to plant trees and create Tree Gifts for you, and we take what we do seriously. So, we are very committed to your satisfaction, and we are committed to excellent customer service. This means you can plant trees with us and feel confident that we are going to provide a beautiful, perfect and touching gift. If anything you order from us is ever not perfect, we'll fix it, and if you're still not happy, we'll refund your money. Period.

Shipping Policy:

*Our Tree Gifts are generally processed and shipped 1-3 days from the time of order. If you need your order shipped out asap, we recommend choosing Priority shipping.

*We offer FREE 1st class shipping for all Tree Gifts shipped anywhere in the U.S. 1st class shipping usually takes 3-10 days from the time we ship it to arrive. We offer FREE U.S.P.S. Priority 2-3 day shipping for all gifts that include a frame.

Your privacy is very important to us. Trees for a Change will NEVER sell or share any of your information with other people, businesses, organizations or advertisers. The personal information you give us will only be used by us.
